OpX360® is like a $50,000+ consulting engagement without the cost or the weeks of discovery involved. Instead the program is comprised of six smart modules; one for each of the areas of operations of a nonprofit organization.

The six areas of nonprofit operations are:

  • Finance & Accounting
  • Governance, Legal & Risk Management
  • Fundraising, Marketing & Communications
  • Program Management & Accountability
  • People & Organizational Development
  • Business Systems, IT & Facilities

Each OpX360® module has 60 Best Practice statements based on proven industry standards to help nonprofit organizations determine their current level of competence in any of the six operational areas of their organization. The tool will also help nonprofits understand the consequences for non-performance and what they can immediately do to improve any areas that are underperforming.

Co-Founder Bob Lipps says, “We are committed to nonprofit validation through Best Practices and developing a thriving nonprofit community. If nonprofits thrive, we thrive. Marc Stein and I encourage all funders to help the nonprofits they support to measure and improve their operational competence too.”

Within one hour of completing any OpX360®, you will receive an Executive Briefing to be shared with your leadership and/or board plus a 70+ page Detailed Report for the person(s) or team ultimately responsible for the specific area of operations.

Included in those reports is a score that you can measure and improve, your current level of operational competence in a number of key areas, their importance, the consequences of non-performance and what you can immediately do to improve any areas that are underperforming.

Why wouldn’t you want to know?
